If you wish, you can obtain a personal Entrupy certificate for your purchased item. This certificate serves as an additional, external document for your records and can be particularly beneficial with regard to reselling the item later.

Entrupy is an AI-powered authentication system that analyzes microscopic details of an item using a high-resolution specialty lens and cross-references them with an extensive database of verified original data. The inspection result is documented and provided in the form of an official certificate.

If an Entrupy certificate is issued, Entrupy provides financial protection for that item.

We guarantee that every designer piece we offer is absolutely authentic. If you have any doubts about the authenticity of your handbag or accessory, you can contact us within 30 days of your purchase. In the rare event that an item is not authentic, we will refund your purchase price in full.
