At “I Love Handbags” we offer pre-owned designer handbags and accessories. We understand that buying such items carries a certain risk, especially regarding authenticity. Therefore, we guarantee that all our designer items are authentic.

We sell only 100% authentic designer luxury goods.

Our experienced team carefully checks every item we purchase. Our multi-step authentication process ensures that every product is thoroughly checked. We pay attention to seams, hardware, materials, odor, and date codes. If necessary, we call in the expertise of external specialists such as ProAuthenticators or LegitGrails.

Authentication with Entrupy

To further ensure authenticity, we use Entrupy, a leading authentication system. Using a special Entrupy device, we scan every detail with a high-resolution lens. Entrupy uses artificial intelligence and an extensive database to analyze the characteristics of your item. We get an accurate result within minutes. Every authenticated product receives a certificate of authenticity from Entrupy.

Certificate of Authenticity

Our designer pieces are delivered with a certificate of authenticity from us, Entrupy*, or our external experts. If we also have an original purchase invoice from Louis Vuitton or Chanel, for example, we will provide the original or a copy.

We guarantee that every designer piece we sell is authentic. If you have any doubts about the authenticity of your handbag or accessory, you can contact us within 30 days of your purchase. In the rare case that an item is not authentic, we will refund the purchase price in full.

*Please note: We started Entrupy authentication in summer 2024. Therefore, we currently only offer an Entrupy certificate for selected products. If you would like an Entrupy certificate for your product, please contact us in advance.
