We love handbags and are very selective when choosing our products. Following the motto "quality over quantity," we only offer products that we would buy ourselves. Most of the individual pieces we offer are in very good to like-new condition. Each of our products is carefully verified for authenticity by our expert team beforehand and, if necessary, also cleaned by us.

Many of our offerings are rated by a condition category. We orient ourselves to international standards. The rating helps you classify the quality and make a satisfied purchase.

How we define the quality of our products

N+ – New and unworn.
N – In nearly like-new condition, with barely discernible signs of use.
A – In excellently maintained condition! Only occasional light signs of use such as minimal spots, scratches, and scuffs are visible.
B – In good used condition! Multiple signs of use are visible, including larger spots, scratches, and scuffs.
C – In acceptable condition! Noticeable signs of wear or minor defects are present.
D – In heavily worn condition! Clearly visible signs of use and/or numerous, sometimes larger defects.
E – Unusable.

Unfortunately, invoices for many older products are often no longer available, either because the purchase was too long ago, information about multiple previous owners is no longer traceable, or they were not provided during the Sell to Us process. It is important to note that the absence of a purchase invoice is not the sole indicator of a product's genuineness or authenticity. We ship our items worldwide! Our products are always adequately insured and sent with a tracking number. As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us with your tracking number so you can track your package.

As soon as you have successfully completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. In rare cases, this may end up in your spam folder. Our goods are then usually carefully and securely packaged and shipped by our team within one business day. You will receive an email as soon as your goods have been shipped by us.

We offer a 14-day return right from receipt of delivery. We only accept returns if the goods are in the same condition as delivered by us and the product or security tag has not been removed. If you would like to return your goods, please send us a message at info@ilovehandbags.com so we can inform you about the process. You bear the cost of return shipping.

Our latest bag drops go online every Friday at 7 PM. The notice "Available from Friday 7 PM" means that you can view the product and all details in advance, but you can only add it to your cart and purchase it from 7 PM on the corresponding day.

However, you have the option to buy the bags directly in our showroom beforehand. Reservations for these products as part of appointments are not possible.

We want to give you the opportunity to find out about the items in advance so you can act promptly when sales begin.

The status "Reserved" means that an item has been temporarily set aside for another customer to view in our showroom. This reservation applies exclusively to in-person visits and selected items. During this time, the item is not available.

Once the reservation expires or is cancelled, the item can be purchased again. Exceptions are new items marked "Available at 7 PM" – these are available as part of our weekly bag drop regardless of reservations. However, these bags can be purchased directly in our showroom beforehand. Reservations for these products as part of appointments are not possible.

This product is currently sold out. Don't worry, you can simply add yourself to our waitlist! As soon as a similar model in comparable condition becomes available, we'll notify you immediately. We provide a 1-year warranty on all products. Should a defect occur within this period that is not due to improper handling, we are happy to discuss how we can remedy the situation. Normal signs of wear as well as wear parts such as shoulder straps are excluded from the warranty.
