Our products are usually shipped insured within 1 to 2 business days after receipt of payment. Once your order has left our premises, you will receive a shipping confirmation including the tracking number, allowing you to track your shipment at any time. For international deliveries, shipping times may vary depending on the destination country and the shipping service provider.

Our shipping costs also include the costs for packaging, depending on the destination country and the purchase value.

Returns
We offer a 14-day right of return from receipt of delivery. We only accept returns if the goods are in the same condition as we delivered them and the product or safety label has not been removed. If you would like to return your goods, please send us a message to info@ilovehandbags.com or use our online form so that we can inform you about the process. Return information is enclosed with the shipment. The costs of the return shipment are borne by the buyer.
