Shipping Costs

Our products are usually shipped insured within 1 to 2 business days after receipt of payment. Once your order has left our premises, you will receive a shipping confirmation including the tracking number, allowing you to track your shipment at any time.   3. Please enclose a prepaid return label.

We will check your product as quickly as possible and send it back to you together with the certificate once the check has been completed. Important note: Please note that we are not liable for loss or damage to your shipment during transportation.
We strongly recommend that you take out higher insurance with the respective shipping service provider.
