A. Right of Withdrawal

Introduction

Consumers have a right of withdrawal on the following terms, where consumers means any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be predominantly attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity:

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the last item of goods.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online on our website at the Internet address https://ilovehandbags.com/en/online-withdrawal-form/ If you use this online function, you will immediately receive confirmation of receipt on a permanent data carrier (e.g. by e-mail) with information on the content of the withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time of its receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fee for this refund. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiration of the fourteen-day period.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You need only pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss is due to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exclusion or Early Expiration of Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who are not nationals of a Member State of the European Union at the time the contract is concluded and whose sole residence and delivery address at the time the contract is concluded are outside the European Union.

General Information

1) Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods to us in original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
2) Please do not return the goods to us postage due.
3) Please note that the aforementioned points 1-2 are not a requirement for the effective exercise of your right of withdrawal.
