First, purchase and pay for the Entrupy verification.

We will confirm receipt of your bag upon arrival and check it within 1-3 business days. After the check is complete, we will confirm receipt of your bag upon arrival. The check usually takes one to three business days. After the check is complete, we will return the bag to you along with the check result or the Entrupy certificate. Insured return shipping within Germany is already included in the price.

Important Note on Outbound Shipping

Shipping to us is at your own risk. We cannot assume liability for loss or damage during transit to us. Our responsibility for the bag begins only upon verifiable handover and receipt by us.

Therefore, please choose a shipping method that corresponds to the actual value of the bag, and if necessary, take out additional higher insurance with the respective shipping service provider. Please keep the proof of postage and the tracking number until the check is complete.

Alternatively, you can drop off your bag for checking and pick it up again in person at our showroom in Leipzig by prior appointment.
